A multi-front war is currently raging in Israel
The rising death toll, scale and severity of injuries that began with the surprise attack on October 7th is unprecedented.
Every day since the ‘Black Saturday Massacre’ Israel has been fighting for survival and the return of over 200 hostages still being held in Gaza.
More than 300,000 reservists have been called
to active duty, including civilian medical personnel
Every Israeli city and vulnerable community has assembled a first responder medical team.

But few reservist doctors, nurses, medics or paramedics have experience in treating mass victims of trauma with injuries such as gunshot wounds, blast shrapnel, burns, smoke inhalation and acute stress disorder.
Stakes are high, resources are limited and a specific medical skill set is required.

The medical corps have been reaching out to urgently request emergency response simulation training
We need your help to bring hands-on training and equipment to those who need it
Currently on high alert, medical and nursing staff are not able to travel to formal simulation training centres. The quickest and most effective way to upskill these people is to travel directly to where we are needed - communities, field hospitals, battlefields and emergency departments.

We are fundraising to outfit a mobile emergency response simulation training vehicle
Onboard equipment will include:
-
high and low fidelity task trainers,
-
manikins,
-
handheld ultrasound devices,
-
respiratory equipment; and
-
other materials to simulate real life patients.
Drones will enable scenario video review and debriefing to complement the hands-on training and cement the experience.
